GB eye sells internationally renowned images on quality poster, print and canvas products to a global customer base. GB eye was set up in 1986 and has continued to grow and develop into a global market leader, accumulating a massive client base and dominating the share of UK stores poster, print and canvas sales. Distribution of prints is continuing to grow in the UK and Worldwide.

We aim for excellence in all our paper products with up to the minute designs supplied by a team dedicated to customer service, supported by exceptional office systems and a state of the art distribution centre, which houses 2 rolling machines.

GB eye has 3 main business areas:

Licensing

Licensing has been the essential element to our business strategies. We deal with over 100 licensors and currently hold around 200 licenses, including worldwide deals for Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, David Beckham, Bob Marley, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, Jimi Hendrix mosaics, Max Power and Loaded Magazine. Worldwide deals (excluding USA) for Tupac, The Beatles and Avril Lavigne.

Additionally, we have Pan European licenses for Eminem, HIM, Led Zeppelin, Sex Pistols, Motorhead, Iron Maiden, Spongebob Squarepants (TV & Movie).

Disney including: Winnie the Pooh and friends, Princess, Fairies, Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean 1, 2 & 3, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Toy Story & Mickey Mouse and the new educational range.

Whilst also holding many European licences for Star Wars Episodes 1-6, the Simpsons, The Lord Of the Rings and brands including Bratz and The Dog, The Cat.

2007 Film & TV focus includes Pirates of the Caribbean 3, Hot Fuzz, The Simpsons Movie, Transformers: The Movie, Rocky VI, Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix and Ratatouille.

 

Export and Wholesale Distribution

GB eye has established a worldwide distribution network supplying our posters to a global market, in stores across the world and selling wholesale to over 200 customers in 60 countries.

GB eye continues to expand the global poster market with its licensing and distribution partners. By working closely with our overseas associates we continue to attain the best licenses and the best products!

GB eye was recognised for its achievements in export at the International Business Awards by being Highly Commended as a corporate exporter of the year 2001.

UK Distribution

We are a British company and fully understand our market. GB eyes' UK Sales department enjoys increasing success and a continuing presence in stores across the UK. GB eyes' professional and conscientious team working with field sales and directly with stores - alongside an extremely modern and organised distribution centre has ensured we outsell our rivals in all shared stores. We currently supply 31 Chain Accounts, 19 exclusively and, in many, as the number 1 supplier including 330 independents.

Office/Distribution Centre

Our custom built offices and warehouses in Sheffield are the centre of our global operations.

Poster Rolling

GB eye has 2 rolling machines, fully operational and each one rolling 3600 posters an hour. Stock can also be shrink-wrapped and labelled. This ensures prompt delivery of all major shipments particularly dump-bins/FSDU scale out whilst maintaining regular store orders.
