How do I pay for the order?
(i) First order is payment in advance
(ii) Payment and credit terms to be negotiated on all subsequent orders
(iii) Payment can be made in any of the following 3 ways:
  • Bank transfer
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Cheque
    (iv) Payments can be made in UK Sterling or US Dollars
  • What are the minimum quantities I need to order to qualify for wholesale prices?
    (i) 1000 Posters per order
    (ii) 10 Posters per title
    (iii) 5 3D Lenticulars per order
    (iv) 250 Prints per order
    (v)5 Prints per title
    (vi) 10 Canvas per title
    (vii) 10 Postcard packs per title
    (viii) 25 loose Single Badges per title
    (ix) 10 blister packed Single Badges per title
    (x) 10 Badge Packs per title
     
    How do I find out about prices?
    Please contact a member of the GB eye Export Sales team for your prices. The prices are discounted down from the UK price list with set prices for retailers outside the UK , On-Line businesses, wholesale and distributor customers.
    We can also quote prices separately for higher volume quantities per image as well as different packaging across all our products including rolled and labeled posters, shrink-wrapping and carded badges
    How will my order be packed?
    Export orders are general packed flat into boxes holding a maximum quantity of 350 posters. Up to 2 boxes per order is usually shipped without a pallet. All orders over 2 boxes will be sent on a pallet (unless instructed otherwise)
    How will my order be delivered?
    By the freight company of your choice.
     
    Who pays for the freight costs?
    GB eye's policy is that all export orders are supplied on an "ex-works" basis which means that the customer is responsible for directly employing and paying for a suitable carrier to ensure safe delivery of the goods. You may rest assured that GB eye will ensure that all export orders are packed to a high standard but we cannot be held responsible for subsequent mishandling by your chosen carrier
    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    GB eye aim to arrange the collection of your order with your chosen freight company within 72 hours of receiving your order by email or fax. Please allow an extra 48 hours for rolled/shrink-wrapped orders.

    Once your order has left GB eye's premises please check with your chosen freight company regarding delivery schedules
    How will I know about new releases and promotions?
    GB eye have various ways of informing you about new releases and promotions, please see below:
    (i) Website regularly updated with new releases and news!
    (ii) Constant email communication (All new titles are emailed to customers)
    (iii) 1 full catalogue plus 3 seasonal addition sheets mailed out to all customers.
    (iv) Samples of new posters can be supplied on orders upon request
