Joanne Copley-Dunn - Commercial Director
Direct Dial: +44 (0114) 252 1603
email: joanne@gbeye.com

Joanne (Taurus) is the Queen of UK Sales. She was there at the very beginning in 1986, helping to found the company. What Joanne doesn't know about posters and the poster industry, seriously isn't worth knowing. Joanne is the Commercial Director for GB, and has worked in every area of GB through the years. She is hands-on with Asda - and gets involved with all areas of the UK account management. As a director she is constantly strategising - and even keeps a notepad next to her bed, when inspiration wakes her in the night. In her time, Joanne has pursued hockey, water skiing and even guitar playing. Now her two young sons keep her on her toes!
Sorrel Dryden - HMV National Account Manager
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1623
email: sorrel@gbeye.com

Sorrel (Leo)is a bit of a posh pony girl. She day-dreams of riding horses, and playing with her dog, Charity (a champion Otterhound). Sorrel has been with GB since 1993, originally as a Sales Agent, then she came in from the cold in 1998 to set up GB's marketing department. She has since become our warm and friendly National Accounts Manager. At one time she was looking after all our major accounts; she now focuses her attentions on HMV. She's hung up her marketing hat, but when she's got a spare moment Sorrel also handles the copy writing and proofreading for the company. She's getting on a bit now, and grew up in the age of the New Romantic, but then became a dance-kid, and could regularly be seen on podiums in the capital. Sorrel loves Japanese food and drinking tea. Milk, no sugar, thanks.
Steven Birks - National Sales Manager
Direct Dial: +44 (0) 114 252 1605
email: email: steven@gbeye.com

Steve is a long serving member of the GB team, having been with us since 2000 after completing a degree in Financial Management. His analytical skills have long been used by the UK & Licensing team to establish profitability within chains and licenses, and he has gone on to become the Manager of our Field Sales team, driving and focusing their talents where required. He is also the account manager for Asda and other chains, including The Range and Alworths.
A father of two gorgeous twin girls, Steve likes to spend his free time cooking delectable meals, improving his new home, and socialising with his wife and friends. A keen follower of football, he also enjoys cinema, music, cavorting and the occasional alcoholic beverage.
Nicola Hallam - Product & Marketing Manager
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0095
email: nicola@gbeye.com

Nic (Sagittarius) started at GB in 2004. She recently returned to work after being blessed with her baby daughter Chloe.

Previously engaged as UK Sales Office Manager, her role developed to take shape as our Business Development Manager, and now our Product & Marketing Manager. Nic is responsible for looking at all planning and costing exercises that go into the conception of new product formats. She also plays a crucial role in ensuring GB eye remains at the forefront of the market on smart, innovative and well priced new product by handling the marketing including Trade Fair organisation, advertising and generally blowing our own trumpet about how great we are!

She and her husband enjoy F1 and MotoGP, with some nice shiny (and often muddy) bikes in her garage. She enjoys interior design, gadgets, music (80s pop and 90s dance especially) and still enjoys a damn fine curry on a weekly basis.
Nicola Loy – UK Sales Office Manager
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1626
email: nicolaloy@gbeye.com

Nic joined us in 2009 to provide an all-seeing eye in overseeing the UK Sales Team. Acting as a close liaison between the UK team and our Distribution Centre, Nic will follow tasks through to make sure she gets the job done. She has been instrumental in helping to set up our new computer system, and iron out any ensuing ‘wrinkles’. Nic also works with our direct delivery team (aka man in a van) to get new equipment delivered to and installed at stores.

Nic enjoys fast cars, fast men and fast drinking. Her partner is trying to encourage her to take up golf, but she claims she’s ‘not yet old enough’!
Daniel Perry - UK Sales Team Leader
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0094
email: daniel@gbeye.com

Dan has grown from boy to man at GB; he started as a junior when he was 16, and has now risen to Team Leader for the UK Sales Department at the ripe old age of 24. He plays a suitably very responsible role within the UK department, overseeing the HMV and Asda accounts, as well as being the ‘steady hand’ to the rest of the team, offering support and expertise throughout. Dan is very experienced with our sales system, and can run myriad reports when called upon. An excel spreadsheet wizard, he is awesome with skills transfer.

Dan’s various loves include football, Sheffield United, beer, eating, cooking, listening to music and being introduced to old classic rock bands, and socialising with friends. He also likes long walks, nights out and nights in with a DVD and a bottle of wine. Girls, he's no longer available, as he's finally found love.
Ulanda Leslie - Customer Liaison Co-ordinator
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1628
email: ulanda@gbeye.com

Ulanda has been with GB since 1997 and is an Aries. She's seen it all through the years, and has a comprehensive knowledge of all administrative elements of the UK Sales dept. Ulanda is administrative handler for Merlin Entertainment/Tussauds and Clinton Cards. She also issues all barcode information to chains and sets up new promotional FSDUs on the GB central system and organises new product information to our external sales team.

Ulanda likes chocolate very much, has kick-boxing brothers, is a bit of a soul girl and doesn't like the cold weather!
Sarah Bamforth - UK Sales Administrator
Direct Dial: +44(0) 114-2920480
email: sarahbamforth@gbeye.com

Sarah is the UK team’s newest member responsible for order processing for Toys R Us, HMV and The Range. She also fulfils an administrative role within the office looking after requests from the stores and sales agents as and when they arise.
A smiley, bubbly character with a GSOH (good sense of humour, of course!) and hopefully a dab hand with a fork and spoon because her favourite food is spaghetti Bolognese!

When away from GB, Sarah enjoys exotic holidays, driving fast cars with her boyfriend, and when they’re chillin’ in their crib, watching fave shows like the IT Crowd, they have cats, Ringo and Crystal to keep them company. She’s a dance-kid, and satisfies this craving at work with Galaxy FM.
Gareth Eaton
UK Sales Administrator
Direct Dial: +44 (0114) 252 1624
email: gareth@gbeye.com

Gareth is a rock star!! But in his ‘downtime’ he looks after our Asda accounts, Play.com, Blockbuster and Clintons. He processes orders from anyone who sends them, so if you send it, it will come. He also monitors orders, collates monthly Sales figures, and runs reports.

His favourite food is chilli con carne and he’s under the illusion that his is the best (it’s not, Sorrel’s is) – he loves HOT food in general and has once eaten a whole scotch bonnet* as a dare... not a good idea. (*an extremely hot chilli, not some kind of festive head wear from North of the border.)

Gareth is a noise merchant who loves playing his drums (which he’s done since being 12, so for 15 years). His band is called ‘The Tivoli’ (they play in decent venues and have CDs and a website and everyfink), it’s hard work but a lot of fun. He’s continuing his slow tour of our green and pleasant island and drinks lots of free beer too. He's in a relationship and couldn’t be happier. Not a big pet lover, put off as a teenager with his two gerbils called Noel and Liam; one morning they’d been joined by about 15 babies (thus obviously not both male) so Gareth gave them to his Biology teacher.

‘Muse’ are G-man’s favourite band by a mile but also The Who (inspired to pick up the sticks by Keith Moon), The Beatles, Stones, Led Zep, Stone Roses, Killers, & Kasabian.

His parents are both Welsh, and even though Gareth was born and raised in Hinckley (Leics) he classes himself as Welsh and even has CYMRU tattooed on his back to prove it. (To who, Gareth? To who?)
Dave Lee - UK Independent Account Development
Direct Dial: +44 (0)790-4386056
email: davidlee@gbeye.com

Dave is tasked with opening (and helping to keep open) as many new accounts as possible.

His fave food (I’m sure this is a joke) is salad (you’d never know by looking at him), Indian or Chinese (but he couldn’t eat a whole one). Favourite pursuits are apparently too hot to mention, but he likes to spend time with his lady, Carole and his son, Chris. He enjoys walking in the Yorkshire countryside, and if his job allowed he’d love to own a dog. He’s got a puddy-tat called Duggie, who's apparently the scruffiest cat in the village! An alternative career for Dave might be as a stand-up comedian, but whilst he looks like Harry Hill (without the collar), his material is more Eric Morecambe!

A bit of a soppy romantic, whilst he likes all types of music, he favours love songs and ballads. He also loves war movies, is obsessed with a Scottish comedy called Still Game, and also has a ‘bit of a thing’ for Kelly Brook (but don’t tell Carole!)
Joanne Koc - Independent Retail Executive
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1604
email: joannek@gbeye.com

Jo is a Leo and has been with us since 2003. She started as our receptionist - but her talent was soon spotted and UK Sales stole her! A lively, bubbly personality saw Jo first become the new business development member of our team - following all new leads and building business with them, and then in 2007 she became the UK Sales Team Leader.

Now, since the birth of her daughter in 2008, she has returned to GB and looks after our independent, web and framing retailers.

She loves Italian food but particularly loves dim sum, dancing and having fun with her friends and has a tortoise called Trevor.
Hannah Murton - Independent Retail Executive
Direct Dial: +44 (0114) 2521609
email: hannah@gbeye.com

Hannah manages our independent retail accounts, sends out updates on new products, deals with new enquiries, sets up new accounts and attends trade fairs.

She originates from Derby, has a funky dress style, loves pizza and Chinese food, and hates salad. She is one half of a fledgling office romance with our very own Dan (who also hates salad... match made in heaven?) She loves going to gigs, having quiet (and occasionally rowdy) drinks in pubs – especially in beer gardens in the sunny weather and enjoys general frivolity. She has a very cheeky grin. She’s got a Dan, but she’d also like a dog.

Musically, her favourite band is the Deftones, but she admits she has eclectic tastes, with rock/punk/alternative/electronic/reggae and acoustic all being found on her iPod. Her viewing pleasures include a bit of Alan Partridge, Peep Show and Spaced, but she also loves The Hills (which she apparently gets A LOT of stick for). Film-wise her favourite is probably The Big Lebowski, but she does love a good Disney film, particularly the Little Mermaid. Apparently she identified with Ariel as a fellow red head!
Paul Grundy - Key Accounts Executive
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0098
email: paulg@gbeye.com

Paul Grundy joined us in 2006 as our Key Accounts Executive. Brought in to develop our multiples and chain business he prospects for new accounts and is as tenacious as a dog with a bone! He's taking care - as account manager - of Amazon, Argos, Merlin Entertainment Group, Forbidden Planet, all the Football Clubs that we work with (meaning he can legitimately talk football for hours as part of his job), JJB, Center Parcs, Gamestation, and Toys R Us. He shares his birthday with Jo K - so is another Leo in our fiery sales team (by zodiac sign, not temperaments!).

Paul used to be a bit of a party boy, but reaching the ripe old age of 29 (and fast approaching the big 3.0.) he's happy to take things a bit easier these days with his XBox360, his missus, his cockerpoo, Tilly, and a cold tinny in his hand (not necessarily in that order).
Graham Littlewood - Key Accounts and New Business Development
Direct Dial: +44 (0114) 292 0487
email: graham@gbeye.com

He’s a cheeky Northern chappy!

Graham joined GB eye at the end of Nov 2010. His key responsibilities are to develop new accounts and distribution and manage existing accounts, including Clinton Cards.

He comes from a lengthy and varied career in the music and video (that shows his age – LOL) industry, and has seen and encountered all sorts in his time, so he brings a great wealth of experience to his new role.

Surprisingly (not), as a true Yorkshire man, he loves Yorkshire Pudding, and of course Fish and Chips - appreciating the finer points of Harry Ramsden’s! A Leeds United fan through and through, yet in spite of this he also enjoys the glamorous life (!) with favourite holiday destinations at present being Las Vegas and Portugal. He loves ‘socialising’ (some call it binge drinking) with his family and friends on a weekend, but beware, as he has been known to do the odd bit of Karaoke after a lager or 7. Married to Sharon, with a daughter, Candice, and a son in law (Paul) as well, they have a feline friend in their cat, Buzz.

As mentioned, he’s getting on a bit, so his musical tastes hark back to the 70s & 80s. His all-time favourite song is “Maggie May” by Rod the Mod. Graham first saw him live with the Faces and he’s seen him on most tours since (twice last year!) He also loves to nod his head and rock out to Bowie, Springsteen and Motown, so a varied and eclectic (and not at all shabby) taste. His fave film ever is Bourne Identity (fancying himself as a bit of a Matt Damon character) although he’s closer to Brian Glover in his other favourite, and Yorkshire classic, Kes.

Graham’s a great addition to the UK Sales team.
Jamie Wilkins – E-Commerce Manager
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0481
email: jamie@gbeye.com

“J-Dawg”, as we affectionately call him, joined GB in 2009. Brought in to manage GBposters.com (GB eye’s B2C ecommerce website) and the online department, digital and offline website marketing, online marketplaces and partnerships, he has already made vast improvements and increased profitability.

He is responsible for making GBposters.com Europe’s number 1 online poster and print store, by ensuring the smooth operation of all online activities, managing affiliate relationships whilst maintaining GBPosters.com’s excellent service standards. He also manages online marketing campaigns and social networking and sources new online sales channels, whilst also staying up to date with new technologies.

Jamie has a fine pair of legs (we see them when he cycles to work) so it’s unsurprising that he enjoys mountain biking in the Peak District. BGB (before GB) he spent 15 years running a business organising electronic music events and tours worldwide, then went on to work as Marketing Manager for Gatecrasher and organise events for Warp Records and Films (so he’s kinda cool!).

He loves to throw parties, listen to new music (from nice electronic to nasty rock), and twang along on his guitar or bass, when not eating his favourite Japanese food, or messing about with his 2 ‘step-munchkins’ Heidi (7) & Charley (5). He’s engaged to Jess, has one fat ginger tom-cat called Hector, could give you a guided tour round Barcelona (and many other worldwide locations, being rather well-travelled), likes the films Badlands, Rear Window, Dead Man’s Shoes, Poltergeist, Studio Ghibli films and his favourite personalities include Chris Morris, Oliver Reed, Joe Strummer, William Burroughs, David Byrne. Y’see, I told you he was cool.
Ross Williams – E-commerce Assistant
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 2920482
email: ross@gbeye.com

Ross is responsible for updating the on-line store with products, news items and blogs. He also looks after “social media marketing” (that’s Facebook and Twitter to you and me) and has involvement with other channels such as Amazon and eBay.

Being a good Barnsley lad, he loves football, and being a modern man he loves cooking – but is still learning. I would imagine he has a few Rick Stein cookbooks for fish – “which is his favourite dish”, although he’s actually partial to any seafood. His favourite fish is red snapper. He lives with his girlfriend, and no doubt regularly regales her with Verve and Richard Ashcroft songs, especially as he looks uncannily like the mighty Ashcroft himself (who Ross worships as his god!) He’s also partial to a bit of Oasis. Ross would be a very happy chappy if he could add a four legged canine friend into his world.

He has a very smiley personality, and is very good at inciting a breakfast sandwich run on those Friday mornings that just cry out for them.

Joe Andrews – Ecommerce Junior Assistant
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0484
email: joeandrews@gbeye.com

Joe is our Ecommerce Junior Assistant. His responsibilities include: Online Store Customer Service, Customer Returns, Customer Queries, All OLS and Amazon Resends, Amazon Messages and Customer Services,
Out Of Stock Weekly Reports, Facebook Fan Page Promotions 'n' Maintenance, updating gbposters.com with brand pages and product descriptions, processing all Bigscreen orders and resends. He sorts Customers Mail Orders (where they don’t have a computer), posts links for GB Posters website and products onto Forums and Blogs. Finally, he sends all Frames or Large orders to Europe and the ROW. Phew! He's kept busy!

He’s a huge fan of wrestling and MMA (mixed martial arts) and wants to get into professional cage fighting when he’s 18 (this year then!), which means his favourite-ish food is that strawberry flavoured whey powder that the weight trainers bulk up on!

Embracing his youth, he goes clubbing most nights of the week, and usually makes it in on time the next day!!

He enjoys most music, watches almost every genre of movies there is (another big DVD collector), and can’t get enough of WWE on TV. He also likes to push himself to the limits by sending himself on army training camps, and doing 15km ‘slogs’ with a full backpack on with military and martial arts drills/exercises at various checkpoints. (I can’t think of anything worse!)
Janice Simpson - Reception & On-line Store Customer Relations
Janice joined our team in Christmas 2004 after a long spell working in retail management. She's been there, done it and literally got the tee-shirt.
Janice manages our reception area - and all that entails - brilliantly, with great humour and charm. She takes care of all customer enquiries for our On-line store, and deals with every one of our visitors in a very friendly yet professional manner.
Janice ADORES George Michael (yes, she knows!), and is also a massive Northern Soul girl. She's been to all the famous venues - Blackpool Mecca, Golden Torch, Twisted Wheel, Wigan Casino - with her favourite red vanity case (ready for those outfit changes), and was powdering the floor with her talc at the tender age of 17. She loves dancing, and now loves white wine as opposed to rose (which was her favourite). She likes a bit of Eastenders and Coronation Street, The Restaurant and any good documentaries. But what Janice loves more than life (apart from her husband) is HANDBAGS. She loves nothing more than adding a new Radley, Prada, Chanel, D&G or LV to her collection.

Her favourite Motown tracks are both by Stevie Wonder - 'Uptight' and 'Nothing's Too Good for My Baby'. She has too many favourite Northern Soul tracks to mention!
