- What new functions does the B2B offer?
- We have completely streamlined our B2B to enhance your experience at every level. Key features include; improved browsing, easier access to new releases, quicker access to products, new brand directory, downloading images, creating lists and many more.
- How do I download a single image?
- Simply select the individual product for which you require the image, click the ‘Get image’ button, from this point you can save the image to your chosen location.
- How do I increase/decrease the size and quantity of images I see on a page?
- You can change the amount of images you see on a page by selecting from the different options at the top of the collection products. The default setting shows 3 images per line, however if you wish to see more images this can be increased to 4 per line or for even more images you can choose the list option. You can change these by using the icons situated to the left of the ‘Select all’ button.
- What is the benefit of using lists?
- Creating lists can save you time, this function enables you to download images in bulk from a list, keep a record of your orders or submit order requests directly to your sales contact.
- How do I change my account details?
- Once you are signed in simply click ‘My Account’ at the very top of the page to be able to change your contact details or preferences by using the menu on the left of the page.
- What is the resolution of the images available?
- All our images are 72dpi
- What does the ‘select all’ button do?
- The ‘Select all’ button at the top of any product related page will allow you to select all the products in that collection (or your search results) to add to a list or download images.
- What is the benefit of registering for an account?
- On registering for an on-line account you will have enhanced functions including the ability to set your product and genre preferences to improve your browsing experience, create lists, save products you order regularly and submit order requests direct to you sales contact and download hi-res images in bulk.
- How do I create a list?
- Once you are signed in you can add individual items or whole collections (or search results) into a list. To add individual items just click the tick box under each image or if you have already clicked on the product you will see the ‘Add to list’ button. To add as whole collection (or search results) click ‘Select all‘ which will tick all items, then click ‘Add items to list’ at the top of the page. You can create a new list or add items to an existing list and name them as you wish.
- What if I forget my password?
- Simply go to the log in page and click ‘forgotten password?’, enter your email address and receive an email with all the details you will need.
- How do I down load images in bulk?
- You can use the 'List' function to download images in bulk. Firstly select the products you require images for, then add the selection to a new list. Once the list has been created you can 'View List' then 'Download Images', you will then be send a zip file of your selected images.
- Can I organise my search results?
- You have the options to sort products in a number of ways; alphabetically, by date, by popularity or by using your pre-registered preferences. Simply use the drop down menu at the top of the product page.
- What are your terms?
- GB eye sell their posters on a Sale or Exchange basis - providing you have a GB eye supplied automat (poster rack) in store. Otherwise, posters are supplied on Firm sale.
- Can you offer me a cheaper price to the standard opening offer?
- GB eye is able to offer discounts to chain store customers or customers wishing to buy regularly in bulk quantities. Prices are negotiable upon request.
- Will I be assigned an account manager or agent?
- Once your account is set up, you will be assigned an account manager to answer any queries you may have and keep you up to date with new titles and products. If you would like to have one of our Sales Agents come and visit you on a regular basis that can be arranged too.
- How do I place an order?
- To place an order, please contact your account handler or send to incomingukorders@gbeye.com. Orders can be placed via email, fax or phone (If you have a GB eye poster rack, we will have your current stock-plan held on our database, therefore if you send us a stock check, we can automatically send you out the correct stock for your store.)
- How do I set up an account?
- We ask for an account to be set up before we can place any orders - this is required whether you are paying prior to delivery or if you require a credit account-so if you fill the account application form in and send it back to us, we will set the account up and you will be ready to place an order. Alternatively, if you would like to get the ball rolling a little sooner, we can email an application form to you.
- Do you apply carriage charges to Republic of Ireland?
- For orders under £200, a carriage charge of £20 will be levied.
- What finish will my products have?
- Our posters can be sent rolled, flat or pre-framed. Our prints can be supplied shrink-wrapped or unwrapped. Please let us know which finish you require when placing your order.
- What size are the racks?
- Please go to our display equipment page - all dimensions are listed there.
- Can you provide me with packaging to send products to my customers in?
- We can offer packaging in a variety of sizes for various formats. Prices and sizes are available upon request
- Are your posters licensed or copyrighted?
- GB eye products are fully licensed for the UK.
- How many new releases can I expect per week?
- GB eye release between 3-10 new titles every week - in many different sized formats
- Will I be given a credit account?
- We cannot guarantee credit will be agreed for your account. We will credit check every company that applies for an account with us, which will determine if credit can be offered or not. If this is not possible, the account will run on a pro forma basis (payment before delivery). This can be reviewed after 6 months at your request.
- What is the price and minimum order quantities ofr all formats?
- Please refer to the price guide for the price and minimum order quantities of all formats
- How often do the agents visit?
- Depending on your requirements, we can arrange for an agent to visit you every 2-4 weeks.
- Is VAT included?
- VAT is additional to any of the prices you see listed here.
- How do I qualify for free delivery/How much is a carriage paid order?
- Any order over £150 (excl. VAT) will qualify for free delivery within the UK, which roughly equates to 75 posters. If your order is for less than this amount, a carriage charge of £10 will be levied.
- Will I receive display equipment with my order?
- Providing the rack is stocked entirely with GB eye's poster product, all display equipment is FREE ON LOAN when taken FULLY STOCKED on initial order.
- Can I have a mixture of titles in a small FSDU?
- Normally we run promotions based around film, album or TV activity. Depending on the titles required in the mix, some variations are permissible. Please speak to your account manager for further details.
- Can I order frames for my posters?
- We can supply your posters pre-framed or you can buy frames separately from us. These are available in 5 colour variations – black, silver, oak, beech and white. We ask for frames to be ordered in multiples of 6 per size. However, you can choose different colours within this quantity
- Where can I see your latest releases?
- These are updated on the new releases section of the website and you can be updated on a weekly basis via email. Just contact your account manager to be added to our mailing list.
- How long will delivery take?
- We aim to deliver replenishment orders within 3-4 working days*. When ordering new display equipment such as a rack, we ask to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.(*this can vary with large orders and in very busy periods.)
- How do I receive a credit?
- Stock that is sold on a firm sale basis will only be credited if it is damaged in transit or sent incorrectly and must be reported within 4 days of receipt of goods. Our sales agents can issue credits whilst in your store. If you do not receive a visit from a sales agent, we can deal with your credits over the telephone. - How do I place an order?
- Complete the account application/enquiry form by "clicking here":/forms/enquiry and fax or email through along with your first order to export@gbeye.com or +44 114 276 7460. Await your response from a GB eye export sales contact.
- What are the minimum quantities I need to order to qualify for wholesale prices?
- 1000 Posters per order, 10 x Posters per title, 5 x 3D Lenticulars per title. 250 Prints per order, 5 x Prints per title. 10 x Canvas per title, 10 x Postcard packs per title, 25 x Loose Single Badges per title, 10 x Blister packed Single Badges per title, 10 x Badge Packs per title, 5 x Tattoo Packs per title, 5 x Stickers per title, 6 x Frames per size.
- How will my order be packed?
- Export orders are general packed flat into boxes holding a maximum quantity of 350 posters. Up to 2 boxes per order is usually shipped without a pallet. All orders over 2 boxes will be sent on a pallet (unless instructed otherwise).
- How will I know about new releases and promotions?
- Website regularly updated with new releases and news! Constant email communication (All new titles are emailed to customers). 1 full catalogue plus 3 seasonal addition sheets mailed out to all customers. Samples of new posters can be supplied on orders upon request.
- Who pays for the freight costs?
- GB eye's policy is that all export orders are supplied on an "ex-works" basis which means that the customer is responsible for directly employing and paying for a suitable carrier to ensure safe delivery of the goods. You may rest assured that GB eye will ensure that all export orders are packed to a high standard but we cannot be held responsible for subsequent mishandling by your chosen carrier.
- Are your products available to North American customers?
- All product which has the Stars & Stripes displayed under it is available to our North American wholesalers and Distributors.
- How do I find out about prices?
- Please contact a member of the GB eye Export Sales team export@gbeye.com or +44 114 276 7460 for information on pricing. The prices are discounted down from the UK price list with set prices for retailers outside the UK, On-Line businesses, wholesale and distributor customers. We can also quote prices separately for higher volume quantities per image as well as different packaging across all our products including rolled and labelled posters, shrink-wrapping and carded badges.
- How will my order be delivered?
- By the freight company of your choice!
- How do I pay for an order?
- First order is payment in advance. Payment and credit terms to be negotiated on all subsequent orders. Payment can be made in any of the following 3 ways: Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard or Cheque. Payments made are accepted in UK Sterling or US Dollars.
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- GB eye aim to arrange the collection of your order with your chosen freight company within 72 hours of receiving your order by email or fax. Please allow an extra 48 hours for rolled/shrink-wrapped orders. GB eye will endeavour to meet all requested deadlines, however please allow for longer lead times in busy seasonal periods. *Once your order has left GB eye's premises please check with your chosen freight company regarding delivery schedules.*
- How long does it take?
- Lead times can vary depending on your requirements. GB promo can turn projects around in as little as 48hours but also spend up to a year tweaking certain big promotions. GB promo will always aim to meet your lead time requirements and like a challenge!
- Are there quantity limits?
- GB promo are happy to consider projects of all quantities and has fulfilled a variety of projects ranging from just 50 units, to hundreds of thousands of units. GB promo aim to work around traditional printing limits by being as creative as possible.
- Is there a minimum spend?
- GB promo respond to any enquiry and will endeavour to help as much as possible, whether you have a large or small scale project, it's always worth enquiring.
- What is a premium?
- A premium is a product produced for promotional use or to bespoke specifications for your individual company needs. GB promo can offer products to match any budget with both GB eye standard formats or unique sizes and designs.
- My enquiry is urgent – how soon can I expect to hear back from someone?
- GB promo will get back to you within 24 hours for further details but final quotes may take time to put together depending on the nature of your enquiry.
