As GB eye has grown, so has the need for more operating space within the DC. Within the last 2 years GB eye has invested over £900,000 in the DC and internal system.

• Increased floor space from 25,000 to 40,000 square feet over two levels (Ground & mezzanine)
• We currently stock 4,000+ SKU’s
• Invested in specialist machinery to improve efficiencies
• 3 rolling machines which brings the daily rolling capacity up to 50,000 posters
• Long term investment in on-site manufacturing and in- house printing facilities
• Fully automated production line with capacity to produce 6,000 frames per week
• Hand finished framed photographic product – capacity to produce 3,000 units in one week
• DC Truck fleet now consists of 2 counterbalances, 2 Aisle Masters & an order picker with in-house training available
• We are continually striving towards increasing efficiencies and improving service levels, to ensure a world class service
• 24 hr operation during the months of November & December to cope with the Peak trading period.
